I studied here to gain my Level 2 barbering qualification and it was one of the best decisions I have made. At the beginning of 2022 I started this course with no background or knowledge in barbering and 9 weeks later left with the skills, knowledge and confidence to be a barber - I currently work at a shop in Swansea where I am continuing my journey as a barber.

As for the course, you are taught by some of the best in the industry, there isn't any hairstyle/hair type that they can't cut. As well as teaching the fundamentals, they also show how you apply this to each individual and the intricacies of different hair types (afro, straight, wavy).

During the course you spend 8 of the 9 weeks hands on, cutting clients hair every single day and at the end of each week, you receive feedback on what your strengths are and how to improve your weaknesses.

Rhys, Ben and Alessandro are great lecturers! They are so supportive, knowledgable and are a great laugh.

Overall, it was a great experience and if you are thinking about studying here, you won't regret it!
